Emmy Nominee Carrie Coon Is One of the 'Avengers: Infinity War' Villains

Irene MckinneyApr 17, 2018

"Carrie Coon is Proxima Midnight", co-director Joe Russo revealed in a new video interview (below), "and you may know her from season three of Fargo or the Leftovers". She joins an an already star-studded cast that includes: Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Josh Brolin, Scarlett Johannson and many more!

Avengers: Infinity War and its cast of thousands opens on April 27. One particular project that is getting a lot of hype these days is the Avengers franchise. Being that this film includes nearly every superhero from Marvel Studios' long run of films starting from Iron Man and the latest being Black Panther, it's evident that it's an enormous cast of actors and actresses to take on Josh Brolin's Thanos. Other upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe films include Ant-Man and The Wasp on July 6th, Captain Marvel on March 8, 2019, and the fourth Avengers on May 3, 2019. Anthony Russo had this to say. More on him a little bit later.

Black Panther technically had two post-credits scenes, but the one we're focusing on here involves Sebastian Stan's character Bucky, who previously went by the scary nickname The Winter Solider but now has the more friendly-sounding monicker, White Wolf.

Even though these heroes will suffer some sort of consequences in Infinity War, we have no doubt that they enjoyed filming the movie from start to finish.

Bettany then confirmed that they've just been referring to it as Avengers 4.

What that means for the rest of the Asgardians - including the beloved Loki, who appears to confront his old ally Thanos over the Space Stone in the Infinity War trailers - remains to be seen.

Now, Thanos and the Black Order are going to break as many of Earth's heroes as possible.

Marvel has so far managed to keep any shocks under lock and key, probably due to the fact that cast members such as Tom Holland and Benedict Cumberbatch found themselves banned from reading the script in an attempt by the studio giant to avoid accidental spoilers. With Infinity War so close, it would make sense to try not to spoil the film before it comes out. He popped up at the end of the first Avengers film in 2012 where his creepy, smiling face was all we saw.

There has been a history of Disney films being cut or censored in certain countries.
