'Fox & Friends' makes Freudian slip, calls Trump a dictator

While advisers say Trump has been reviewing briefing materials, the president insists his gut instincts will matter most when he gets in the room with Kim.

Officials of the two sides held last-minute talks to lay the groundwork for the summit of the old foes, an event nearly unthinkable just months ago, when they were exchanging insults and threats that raised fears of war. We're going to have a great discussion and will be tremendously successful.

Comedian Dennis Miller tweeted: 'At the very least I hope Trump persuades Kim Jong-un to lose that Single Kit Kat Segment haircut'.

According to CNN, Trump landed in Singapore Sunday morning, ahead of his Tuesday meeting with the North Korean leader.

The meeting has been downplayed by Trump in recent days.

Following the signing the US President added that the denuclearisation would start "very quickly". During a post-lunch stroll through the gardens of the Singapore hotel where the summit was held, Trump said the summit had gone "better than anybody could have expected". The meeting in Singapore marked the first time a sitting USA president met face-to-face with a North Korean leader, but it nearly didn't happen.

Many described Huntsman's words as a "Freudian slip", while others claimed the network, known for its favorable coverage of Trump, had finally told "the truth". Kim did not respond to shouted questions about whether he will give up his country's nuclear weapons.

Trump spoke only briefly in public on Monday, forecasting a "nice" outcome.

Another twitter user calling themselves Alt Fed Employee wrote: 'Nothing to see here, Fox & Friends just casually calling Trump a dictator now'. I did not mean to say that.

At an April inter-Korean summit between Kim and South Korean President Moon Jae-in, it was only the following day that KCNA reported on the talks, which they called "historic" and a "groundbreaking development".
