Dick Cheney autographs a waterboard at request of Sacha Baron Cohen

Days after Sacha Baron Cohen trolled President Trump on Twitter, the comedian and actor has revealed that he has a new series called "Who is America?" coming on Showtime.

"Imagine if Sacha Baron Cohen had been undercover secretly filming a new show for a year." it begins. The video is presented without context, but it appears Cohen was somehow able to convince the former USA vice president to sign his "waterboard kit". This is gonna be a good 'un.

Sacha teased a clip Sunday on Twitter about his upcoming new project. and for unknown reasons Sacha decided Cheney was his next flawless victim by getting him to sign his "waterboard kit".

"That's a first", Cheney says.

'That's a first. That's the first time I've ever signed a waterboard, ' Cheney said. Check out the teaser videos above and see the Trump promo clip below.

He recently defended waterboarding and other illegal torture methods in an interview with Fox News.

Deadline reports that the show will release on July 15 in the US.

According to a press release from Showtime, the series will run for seven episodes and focus on the people of the United States of America, all across the political spectrum from non-players in the politics game to some pretty big names like Cheney. Baron Cohen and Trump have always been critics of one another, with Trump openly hoping for Cohen to lose popularity at different points.

"Who Is America?" is created and executive produced by Baron Cohen and is also executive produced by Anthony Hines, Todd Schulman, Andrew Newman, Dan Mazer and Adam Lowitt.

Baron Cohen, for his part, told James Corden in 2016 that he was "the first person to realize" that Trump "was a dick".
